The 10 1/4 Green Venetian Art-Craft vase lamp has the variegated green paint applied entirely to the inside of the clear vase followed with it being fired to fuse the paint to the glass. The gold paint on the edge of the base and on the three large toes (feet) is then applied. Both the depth of the green color and the design of the variegation are individual features to these lamps. Some of them have a darker green color while others are a lighter shade. The amount of the variegation can also vary from being just a few areas to covering most of the lamp. This particular lamp has a good dark green color as well as the variegation covering a large portion of the lamp from top to bottom.
